Lux3s is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

ORDER PROCESSING  
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During high demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

SHIPPING ADDRESS  
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.  

Lux3s will ship orders to the exact address provided.  
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.  

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)  

Shipping options are shown at checkout. If no express option is selected, orders will ship using standard delivery.  

Standard Shipping:  
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.  

Express Shipping:  
Orders are prioritized and shipped faster. Delivery times depend on the selected carrier and service.  

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS  
Items marked as PRE-ORDER will include an estimated shipping date in the product description.  

Pre-order timelines are subject to change based on production.  
Pre-order items are not eligible for expedited processing.  
If express shipping is selected, it will apply once the item is ready to ship.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  

Lux3s ships worldwide. Available shipping options and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout.  

Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.  

IMPORTANT:  
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES  
If you purchased shipping protection and your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us to file a claim.  

Without shipping protection, Lux3s is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

All international orders are final unless the item arrives damaged.
